Although the UK has a lot of older housing stock that lends itself to the vintage look it has become increasing popular over the last few years. The range has grown and covers a wide range which is influenced by the ear 1900’s and whilst some designs will work well in older properties other are designed in the concept of vintage.

Vintage lighting has also become trendy to mix in modern home designs, such as using 3 elegant glass pendants over a breakfast bar for an eclectic look. Their sophisticated detailing and retro look can look very cool in the right setting, used with modern material they do not look out of place.
This traditional styling often uses warm colours including brass and bronze which adds a cosy feeling to your rooms setting. Many use glass that has been designed to reflect the period and the detailing can also be border line industrial which is also very much on trend in restaurants and new flats.
